The SwimSafer™ 2.0 programme aims to teach swimming proficiency and water survival skills to children to minimize drowning incidences in a fun manner. The six-stage programme includes survival and activity skills taught each stage of the programme, and work progressively towards the next stage. At the end of each stage, each child will receive a stage completion e-certificate.
Kids’ class learners will go through the Swimsafer 2.0 syllabi unless requested otherwise.

Lessons are personalised to ensure maximum improvement and utmost enjoyment. Learners typically start from breast stroke before progressing to other strokes of choice. Deep water confidence will be progressively built with lessons.
One adult group class package comprises 8 lessons of 45 minutes from S$300, held at public swimming complex. Private class are available too, price ranging from S$160 per month for 3 pax or more. One-to-one lesson starts from S$340 per 4 lessons of 45 minutes. Ladies only class are available upon request and subject to availability.

This programme equips learners with essential water safety knowledge and rescue principles and techniques. Learners begin with the Lifesaving 1, 2 and 3 certifications before progressing to Bronze Medallion and CPR, the pre-requisites to becoming a qualified lifeguard. Advanced certification lessons are also available.

Mermaid swimming is essentially monofin swimming. Monofins are akin to flippers except that you put both feet into a larger flipper instead of one on each foot. Monofins are great for swimming development; it serves as a fantastic workout and trains your core muscles. It is both cardio and strength training.

If the lesson is cancelled by the coach before the start of lesson, yes make-up class will be given. Ordinarily, lesson continues in light rain and stops only in event of lightning or heavy rain when it is deemed unsafe to continue. In such instances when lesson has already started, make-up class will not be given.
No, lesson is not held on a public holiday unless advised otherwise by the coach. Make-up lesson is not given for lesson missed due to public holiday.

It depends. Coaches will provide some essential equipment for learning but at the least, you will require your own goggles. Please confirm with coach before start of lesson.
We operate mainly in the North-east and North-west regions but do work with a large network of affiliate coaches. As such, lessons are available islandwide at both public swimming complexes and condos.
Progress depends on various factors such as age, water confidence, motor skills. Typically, a primary school learner who is comfortable in water should pick up one basic stroke in around 12 – 24 hours of lessons. An adult learner should expect to learn one stroke within one course package. Learners however, should not be overly concerned with how soon they learn to swim. Rather, the focus should be how well.
Yes, the minimum requirement for becoming a lifeguard in Singapore is a valid CPR and Bronze Medallion certificates. After passing both tests conducted by the Singapore Lifesaving Society, you qualify to be employed as a lifeguard.
Yes, anyone with basic swimming proficiency may enrol for mermaid swimming lessons. Our coaches will tailor lessons to suit learners’ needs.

No, you do not need to pay a deposit. Fees for each month is collected at the start of the month.
Our coaches are recognised by the National Registry of Coaches and/or AUSTSWIM, with each having more than 10 years of experience. Certifications are available for verification upon request.

While there is no age limit to the lifesaving 1, 2 & 3 certifications, the programme is recommended for learners above 12 years old who can swim at least 200 metres unassisted in two or more different strokes. The age pre-requisite for candidates taking the Bronze Medallion test is 14 years old.
